We are introducing two changes in order to improve our equipment service program.
After much thought and consideration, The Yard Stop Team has come to a decision that to better serve your needs, we will service only brands that we are a dealer for. This goes into effect immediately for our outdoor power equipment customers. We are extremely grateful for the business and personal friendships that have been built over the years with our customers, and this decision is in honor of and to strengthen those relationships.
This is part of our mission to provide better, faster, service and also to achieve a greater volume of “in stock” parts for our outdoor power equipment customers. Currently, the outdoor power equipment brands that we are a dealer for include Hustler, Big Dog, Wright, Spartan, Stihl, Little Wonder, Kawasaki, Briggs & Stratton, Vanguard, Masport, Intimidator, and eNVy.
Secondly, we will also begin to offer an equipment “quick service” program to our outdoor power equipment customers, with this service for those brands that we are a dealer for. This “first in line” quick service will be available for lube, oil, filters, belts, blades, and flat tire repair/replacement. Again, part of our better, faster, service initiative.
